There will be development of national capital and economy: CM Pokhrel

Butwal, July 23

Chief Minister of State-5, Shankar Pokhrel, has said that there would be development of national capital and economy from the future course of action of socialism oriented "people's democracy".

At a programme organised by Nepal Communist Party Butwal Town Committee at Butwal to commemorate the 41st memorial day of NCP founding leader Pushpalal today, Chief Minister Pokhrel said that a prosperous society could be built by ending poverty and discrimination.

Stressing that socialism oriented people's democracy was the NCP's future course of action, he said achievements could be made from change in the society.

The Chief Minister said that the path shown by Pushpalal in Nepali politics is successful, and expressed the view that any movement could not be successful without principle, organisations and struggle.

He said, "It is necessary to fulfill responsibility of economic, social transformation and development."
